Ed Carlyon’s life started up in England and somehow ended up in Ringwood. He is inspired by William Blake and rap, which explains his pattern of creating scathing social commentary disguised as fast paced, rhyme crammed poetry. He was a national finalist in the 2015 Australian Poetry Slam, a fact he still hasn’t stopped talking about.
