Linda Crook at Cherry Poets

We’re BACK! Aaaand after a brief one week pause we’re pleased to have the lovely LINDA CROOK as our next feature – you may remember her back in our Dan days, you may remember the artwork she had published on our blog during the lockdowns, or you may just know her from multiple pub poetry sessions at the Cherry Tree Hotel. It will be a multimedia feast, as Linda will be sharing with us both her arts and poetry! Plus there’ll be plenty of OPEN MIC, and the friendliest crowd of poets in the world – we’ll be the perfect place to chill and relax on the long summer afternoon. SEE YOU SOON!
ABOUT THE FEATURE:
Linda Crook is a regular at Cherry Poets and Dan Poets before that, plus plenty of other poetry gigs across Melbourne.
From a visual arts background, she has had art and small articles written for publications such as ‘The Age’, ‘Verandah’ and ‘Pandora’ magazine.
Her poetry themes include society, art, Melbourne, history, and the occasional spot of humour.
