Spook ‘n’ Weird

Join host Megan J Riedl and special literary guests for night of spellbinding spoken word in Ballarat.
Featuring a reading by Kirstyn McDermott, Ballarat author of contemporary gothic, dark fiction, horror and fairy tales, and Cygnet & Swan productions will present dynamic readings of the works of Edgar Allen Poe. Plus Arty Tricks for sale by the FEAR Collective, and Liquid Treats by wine expert Amie Brulee.
Wordsmiths and poets are invited to share their own work, or someone else’s on the open mic. 10 spots available, sign up on the night.
Dress up in your best spooky outfit to be in the running for best dressed prize.
Kids welcome, however please note that poetry content will not be censored.
