Lonesome cowgirl seeks adventurous audience for a steamy night of erotic and comical spoken word. Must love chicken, poetry and country twang. Join the Hungry Poet as she slings open her fridge and shares the contents of her desires. A dynamic feast of the senses filled with delicious storytelling, topped with an oozing cheesy heart-beat. She’ll make you wanna lick the plate clean.
There will be two shows:

18 Feb Sat – 8:30pm to 9:15pm
Katie Lohner is a spoken word and multi-disciplinary artist from Naarm (Melbourne). Her quirky and energetic performance style has touched audiences including Mother Tongue, Poetryspective, Passionate Tongues, HillsceneLive and Melbourne Spoken Word Poetry Festival. Her poetry has been described as being unencumbered with a sense of freedom and joy. Her practice also extends from poetry to a range of performance art, as well as physical theatre, visual art and comedy.
Access Info: Downstairs at the Motley Bauhaus is fully accessible. There are no steps throughout the downstairs areas, all passageways are at least 100cm wide, including access to the downstairs theatre. The downstairs areas include the blackbox theatre, the reception/bar area, recording studio and unisex toilets.
